Job Summary

Support CRH’s Strategy organization by analyzing strategic issues, growth opportunities, and challenges across the business. Partner with CRH Strategy and operating leaders to deliver actionable insights for leadership decision-making. Produce high-quality strategic analysis for assigned projects, including Excel-based modeling and PowerPoint presentations, while monitoring and synthesizing industry trends and contextualizing them within CRH’s ongoing initiatives. Role is based in Atlanta, GA and may involve travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with the CRH Strategy team and business leaders to identify and analyze strategic issues, growth opportunities, and challenges across CRH.
•Provide high-quality strategic analysis for assigned projects, including comprehensive Excel models and PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership.
•Follow business trends across the industry, synthesizing real-time insights and contextualizing them with current CRH efforts.
•Partner with operating businesses and the Strategy, Innovations and Ventures (SIV) team to support growth and value creation initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
•Strong communication and presentation skills.

•Knowledge and/or experience in the Construction and Building Materials sectors is a plus.
