Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT support, resolving hardware, software, networking, and account issues.
  • •Administer and maintain corporate endpoint environments across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Linux to keep systems secure, compliant, and up to date.
  • •Evaluate, implement, and operate endpoint management tools including EDR/XDR, device management, and patch management.
  • •Own corporate network infrastructure administration, including Ubiquiti switches, wireless networks, firewalls, VPN technologies, and connectivity across office locations.
  • •Manage endpoint security and identity systems, including endpoint protection/incident response and Google Workspace administration, IAM, email security, and secure access.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years administering corporate IT environments as a Systems Administrator/Sr. Systems Administrator or similar role.
  • •Experience supporting macOS, Linux, and Windows endpoints at scale, including MDM, patch management, endpoint security, and device lifecycle management.
  • •Hands-on administration of on-prem Linux servers (Ubuntu/Debian), including CLI/shell scripting, networking, hardening, and infrastructure automation/CI/CD.
  • •Strong networking experience with firewalls, switches, wireless, and VPNs; Ubiquiti/UniFi experience preferred.
  • •Experience with Google Workspace or similar IAM platforms, including IAM, email security, EDR/XDR, and responding to endpoint security incidents.
