Job Summary

Support the Contingent Workforce & Supplier Governance team by operating the Beeline vendor management system (VMS) for North America and partnering with FlexForce, business stakeholders, and suppliers. Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports for governance, compliance monitoring, supplier oversight, and leadership updates. Analyze contingent workforce data to spot trends and data quality issues, document SOPs and process flows, and assist with Jira-based ticketing and Beeline enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Beeline VMS operations for the North America FlexForce team, including Jira-based ticket intake, issue tracking, defect documentation, enhancement requests, testing support, and resolution follow-up.
•Create, validate, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports from Beeline and related data sources for workforce governance, compliance monitoring, supplier oversight, and leadership reporting.
•Analyze and organize contingent workforce data to identify trends, exceptions, data quality issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
•Support engagement managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders by researching and resolving VMS, reporting, and process-related inquiries.
•Document standard operating procedures, job aids, process flows, decision logs, and training materials; assist with requirements gathering, testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation support for Beeline enhancements and process changes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, shared services, vendor management, workforce operations, or related areas, or a high school diploma and 5+ years in related experience, or 3+ years with those areas.
•Experience supporting operational processes, reporting, project coordination, or system-related business support.
•Experience with a vendor management system and/or contingent workforce process, procurement operations, or shared services support model.
•Experience using Jira for ticket management, including intake, prioritization, tracking, status updates, and resolution follow-up.
•Experience with change management and process management.
