Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate deep product knowledge of cosmetics and accessories and apply makeup skills to meet customer needs.
  • •Provide personalized product recommendations and connect products to customers’ preferences.
  • •Greet customers, assist in selecting products, and convert window shoppers into buyers through proactive engagement.
  • •Maintain stock layout according to store standards, ensure security, and manage POS transactions including receipts and refunds.
  • •Act as a brand ambassador, coach junior team members, minimize stock loss, and uphold housekeeping and visual merchandising standards.

Key Requirements

  • •In-depth knowledge of cosmetics products and accessories
