Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth and be able to defend them internally.
  • •Support integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s portfolio, including pricing, operations, sales enablement, and product portfolio management.
  • •Engage in sales engagements by answering customer questions about commercial models and product capabilities.
  • •Develop and maintain technical and commercial sales enablement collateral to support Starlink’s sales teams, resellers, and direct customers.
  • •Work cross-functionally and oversee technical training and development, including representing Starlink at global conferences and events.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or business discipline or 5+ years of professional working experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management.
  • •5+ years of professional experience with enterprise network infrastructure.
  • •Additional: must be able to work onsite from SpaceX offices in Bastrop, TX; Hawthorne, CA; Redmond, WA; or Palo Alto, CA.
  • •Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments and with minimal guidance.
