Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional customer service by responding to questions about product features, benefits, and availability and making suitable recommendations.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards; retrieve merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations.
  • •Process cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, and connecting consumers to the loyalty program) efficiently and accurately.
