Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the IT operations and infrastructure strategy aligned with digital and business objectives.
•Establish governance frameworks to ensure high availability, reliability, scalability, and security across technology platforms.
•Drive operational excellence by implementing ITIL, DevOps, and infrastructure management frameworks.
•Align IT operations with enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
•Oversee end-to-end governance of managed IT services, ensuring vendor performance and service quality.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
•10–15 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management.
•Minimum 5–7 years in a senior IT leadership role.
•Experience managing hybrid environments, enterprise platforms, and managed services.
•Experience with SAP ecosystems, Microsoft platforms, and cloud environments.
