Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute energetics commodity strategies focused on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain resilience.
  • •Drive end-to-end delivery of quality parts at the right cost, and act as the sourcing expert for energetics manufacturing.
  • •Lead RFI/RFQ/RFP and strategic sourcing, including managing business relationships with contract manufacturers for continuity of supply, risk management, cost negotiations, and execution readiness.
  • •Partner with engineering and contract manufacturers to influence technical design specifications and customize product and manufacturing requirements.
  • •Analyze quote submissions using cost breakdowns and TCO, negotiate supplier agreements, manage supplier performance metrics, and serve as primary escalation for the commodity.

Salary: USD 191,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •10+ years of experience in supply chain commodity management of energetics/missiles manufacturing and/or sourcing engineering.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • •Ability to relocate to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA, if not already local.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
