Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate root causes of inventory accuracy issues and escalate process or system gaps with the General Manager
  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Champion strong visual standards and maintain safe, efficient stockroom standards and processes
  • •Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities; lead and oversee Operations Associates
