•Source and prioritize events and manage a rolling 12-month events calendar.
•Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add-ons with organizers and venues.
•Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics including booth design, shipping, swag, collateral, lead capture, and AV.
•Be the on-site point of contact; troubleshoot in real time and maintain a sharp event presence.
•Drive pipeline by partnering with sales to book pre-show meetings, capture leads, and follow up quickly.
