Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually to understand their banking needs. Provide an optimal client experience, greet customers, process basic transactions, and open consumer and business accounts. Educate clients on deposit and loan products and emerging digital/self-service options, recommend solutions aligned to customer goals, and complete service requests and credit applications. Collaborate with branch teams to deliver accurate, operationally excellent service.

•Required: National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including passing required criminal background and credit checks.
