Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping while operating and maintaining tools and equipment to quality and productivity standards.
  • •Complete required training and provide or coordinate on-the-job training to validate successful completion by team members.
  • •Lead the team on job assignments, support issue resolution, and perform assigned duties per supervisor direction and training.
  • •Monitor process data (including SPC), interface with equipment computers to track parameters/alarms, and make decisions to maintain process control.
  • •Ensure inventory levels for the next shift and coordinate with cross-functional teams on approved tests and problem solving, including escalation communication when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Preference for an associate degree or certificates in a technical discipline.
  • •1+ year experience as a Coater Technician I.
  • •Technician Supervisor recommendation is required.
  • •Ability to lead teams and provide on-the-job training, with strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
