Voice Support Specialist for Drivers (Armenia)

Handle incoming calls for Yango drivers and promptly support taxi companies and drivers to resolve a variety of issues. Work on improving ride-hailing customer service by contributing to processes and tools, while managing multiple tasks and large amounts of information. This remote support role requires fluency in Armenian and Russian and experience in support or call-center environments.
