Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage yard inventory control and procedures, including staging, loading/unloading, shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and transfers.
  • •Maintain a safe, hazard-free, organized yard through general cleanup, routine inspections, maintenance, repairs, and equipment cleaning.
  • •Ensure all safety requirements and training are completed.
  • •Deliver a high standard of customer experience and communicate yard issues that could impact the business to the Store Manager timely.
  • •Assist with other duties as assigned by the Yard Supervisor or Store Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Ability to operate and maintain yard equipment and vehicles while strictly following safety regulations.

  • •Basic math proficiency to calculate quantities and ensure accurate inventory counts.
  • •Regular, reliable attendance and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including frequent lifting and standing/walking for extended periods.
