Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, health and safety, and applicable standards.
  • •Review shop drawings, red-marked drawings, as-built drawings, method statements, and technical submittals against project specifications and documentation.
  • •Prepare reports such as NCR, SOR, snag lists, and RFIs, and assess test procedures/results for compliance with specifications and codes.
  • •Review contractor BIM clash detection for any major issues and participate in coordination meetings and workshops when required.
  • •Support, mentor, and train colleagues; track task completion with lookaheads and trackers and maintain daily site diaries.

Key Requirements

  • •MEP/Building Services Engineering degree (BSc Mechanical Engineering).
  • •Knowledge and experience in Vertical Transportation systems.
  • •Minimum 10 years of job-related experience.
  • •CSA Grade 5 qualified (desirable, not essential).
  • •Certified Commissioning Authority with BCA, ACG or NEBB (desirable, not essential).
