Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions to deliver a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation and transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes with legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings for workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining accurate employee records with privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Serve as subject-matter expert for offboarding and employee relations queries, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to handle cases and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, research, and provide practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
  • •Strong knowledge of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Advanced written and spoken English proficiency, with additional languages considered a plus.
