Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead sales on the store floor while delivering outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Assist across store departments, manage POS and merchandising/stockroom operations, and support opening/closing and cash handling. Coach and delegate day-to-day team activities, champion a positive team culture, and work with Store Management to achieve personal and team sales goals, serving as a brand ambassador for product launches and collaborations.
