Senior / Principal MEP Surveyor (Advisory)

Provide technical advisory services as part of the Surveying Advisory team, including technical due diligence reviews, MEP asset condition surveys, and lifecycle/maintenance assessments. Deliver independent engineering advice to lenders, investors, government departments, and local authorities across property and construction sectors. Produce clear quantitative and qualitative analyses with well-documented outputs, support budgets and deadlines, and (depending on experience) coordinate day-to-day Independent Certifier (IC) services.
