Key Requirements

  • •BSc/BTEC/HND/HNC in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
  • •MCIBSE, MIMechE, MIEE, MIET full professional registration or working towards.
  • •MEP experience within education, healthcare, defence, or operational infrastructure environments.
  • •Experience undertaking MEP asset condition surveys and preparing technical reports for operational assets.
  • •Knowledge of NEC, JCT and PPP/PFI contractual environments and ability to review contractor submissions, certification documentation, and commissioning records.
