Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage office facilities across LATAM, maintaining a safe and professional workplace environment and overseeing office fit-outs, refurbishments, expansions, relocations, and closures.
  • •Handle real estate activities including evaluating new locations, supporting lease negotiations, and managing lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and rent reviews.
  • •Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs and manage critical building services and workplace infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, power systems, access control, CCTV, cleaning, security).
  • •Lead vendor and procurement management, including RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, contract reviews, supplier selection, and monitoring vendor performance against KPIs/SLAs.
  • •Own facilities-related CAPEX/OPEX budgeting and reporting, ensure health and safety compliance and business continuity/disaster recovery readiness, and maintain KPI dashboards for occupancy, maintenance, service performance, costs, and energy usage.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management in a multinational or regional environment.
  • •Proven experience managing Class A office facilities, lease negotiations, facilities operations, and workplace projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of facilities management practices, procurement, contract management, vendor management, compliance requirements, and business continuity principles.
  • •Experience managing budgets and CAPEX/OPEX planning with executive reporting; advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
