Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Level 2 operational support for F5 BIG-IP systems for WAF (ASM) and SSL Orchestrator (SSLO).
  • •Monitor F5 platforms for performance, availability, and security events; respond to alerts and service-desk tickets within SLAs.
  • •Analyze and resolve web application and SSL/TLS related security incidents, performing first-pass diagnostics and fixing routine issues.
  • •Manage and deploy WAF and security policies, including exceptions handling and policy tuning.
  • •Develop and maintain SOPs/runbooks/knowledge base; lead troubleshooting with RCA and ensure configurations comply with security and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of relevant experience in network/security operations.
  • •In-depth knowledge of F5 BIG-IP platforms including LTM, ASM/WAF, and SSLO.
  • •Strong Level 2 troubleshooting experience for security incidents involving web applications and SSL/TLS traffic.
  • •Experience providing operational support and resolving security incidents within SLAs, including first-pass diagnostics.
  • •Certifications such as CEH/CCNA/CCNP Security plus OEM F5 certifications (F5-CA/F5-CTS).
