Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop electrical designs, schematics, installation diagrams, one-line diagrams, and test plans for power distribution and monitoring products from concept through production release.
  • •Design electrical aspects of new products to approved specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Execute and document design verification/validation testing and maintain accurate compliance documentation in the engineering repository.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management) to integrate electrical designs with production processes.
  • •Provide technical support, support UL/ETL/NRTL certification activities, and troubleshoot system malfunctions encountered on the production floor.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 4 years of electrical engineering experience OR a master’s degree with at least 2 years of electrical engineering experience.
  • •Associates degree in a related field with 20+ years of working experience.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •Experience preparing electrical drawings (schematics, wiring diagrams, power flow diagrams, one-line diagrams).
  • •Strong working knowledge of NEC and UL (and applicable electrical safety standards).
