Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and budget.
  • •Lead holistic gathering of product requirements and project scope across multiple teams or business functions.
  • •Negotiate priorities, navigate complex organizational dynamics, and establish delivery plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • •Monitor progress to plan and create recovery strategies when projects deviate from delivery schedules.
  • •Provide data analytics for operational and cost reporting, deliver executive presentations for PLM governance, and run program-level meetings and retrospectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years’ experience managing projects at technology-based companies or technical domains (4+ years with a master’s degree).
  • •Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods, including ability to use Waterfall or Agile for software and hardware projects.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal, and presentation formats with audiences ranging from engineers to executives.
  • •Experience using tools for project and portfolio management such as MS Project/MS Project Server, and working with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) is desired.
  • •Desired PMP certification and experience managing projects to a successful conclusion; Agile ScrumMaster certifications (CSM, A-CSM, CSP-SM) are desired.
