CS - Senior DUV Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer - Taichung

As a Senior DUV Upgrade Install and Relocation Engineer in Taichung, you will lead the end-to-end installation, upgrade, relocation, and commissioning of deep UV lithography systems. You will coordinate with field service engineers, integrate with factory floor processes, ensure equipment safety and performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and support customers through on-site deployments to minimize downtime and maximize tool uptime.
