Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Lean and Six Sigma culture deployment through leadership, coaching, mentoring, and change management across the site.
  • •Support employee engagement and governance programs such as Ideas, CI Council, Kaizen Calendar reviews, EBS Pull activities, and OpA self-assessments.
  • •Guide value stream mapping efforts to align improvement opportunities with business objectives, implementation plans, and performance metrics.
  • •Identify and execute operational excellence initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste, improve responsiveness, and reduce process variation.
  • •Ensure continuous improvement activities comply with Eaton MESH requirements and support safety, compliance, sustainability, and special project objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related industrial technology field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma tools (including Value Stream and Demand Flow methodologies, 5S, Standard Work, Kaizen techniques).
  • •Demonstrated history of successfully leading and facilitating changes across all levels of employees with measurable results.
  • •Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD.
