Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Talent Acquisition to recruit, hire, and onboard ISSJ analysts; act as the subject matter expert on administrative and onboarding requirements (including 101 enrollment, security clearance and badging procedures, and access/account initiation).
  • •Manage subcontractors providing staffing support: establish regular quality assurance touchpoints, manage contract deliverables, train subcontractors on program requirements, and escalate unresolved issues to senior management.
  • •Track cost, performance, and schedule using key financial metrics, program milestones, and performance indicators; create, maintain, and manage project schedules and documentation.
  • •Collaborate with ISSJ Program Management Office and support Iron Legion Joint Venture (ILJV) PMO on emerging requirements, status updates, administrative troubleshooting, and process efficiency.
  • •Prepare and submit monthly status reports, oversee quality-of-life improvements for analysts, identify risks/issues, and initiate strategies to ensure delivery of high-quality support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a subject matter area or closely related discipline.
  • •10+ years of managerial experience within USSOCOM, JSOTF, or other DoD/government agencies (including intelligence communities).
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Program Management Professional (PgMP).
  • •Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project, plus administrative tracking and timekeeping-focused processes.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance and a requirement that only U.S. citizens are eligible.
