Key Responsibilities

•Manage the maintenance team and lead daily alignment meetings to set priorities
•Support the maintenance team in corrective, preventive, and inspection activities to ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance plan
•Record and update maintenance information in the maintenance management software (SAP PM)
•Analyze faults, evaluate root causes, and implement corrective actions for equipment failures
•Contribute to the development of inspections, procedures, and maintenance plans to optimize maintenance routines

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical or related fields
•Experience leading maintenance teams
•Experience in electrical and automation maintenance
•Proficiency with maintenance software, including SAP PM
•Ability to work on-site in São João do Meriti, Rio de Janeiro, on a 6h-18h or 18h-6h Marshall shift
