Job Summary

Lead large-scale networking and fiber infrastructure programs for the Public Sector SLED practice. Own end-to-end program delivery, including service provider network management across 100+ locations and support for 10,000+ individuals. Develop plans, budgets, and schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, manage risks, and provide executive reporting on KPIs and financials while applying SDLC standards to meet client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and oversee end-to-end delivery for networking and fiber initiatives.
•Manage service provider networks supporting 100+ locations and a network supporting 10,000+ individuals, ensuring high availability and compliance.
•Develop program plans, budgets, and schedules aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
•Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
•Implement risk management and provide executive-level reporting on KPIs and financials.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of project/program management experience in IT infrastructure.
•5+ years managing service provider networks supporting 100+ locations and a network supporting 10,000+ individuals.
•At least 8 years managing complex IT development projects and/or programs similar to the Statement of Work.
•Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
•5+ years using PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) methodologies and artifacts.
