Key Responsibilities

  • •Scope and validate new federated network opportunities based on market demand and partner needs, engaging prospective partners through structured discussions and early design collaboration
  • •Drive federated network execution end-to-end, including partner data onboarding and harmonization, model aggregation, and delivery of weights and inference containers with technical/domain experts
  • •Maintain and push forward execution plans across partners, including data readiness, training runs, and benchmarking milestones
  • •Shape network growth by defining how networks evolve (new endpoints, modalities) and launching new network tracks with BD and product
  • •Drive adoption and impact by supporting deployment into partner environments and integration into existing drug discovery workflows, tracking usage and expanding value over time

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in scientific or technical program management, top-tier consulting, partnerships, or similar roles in complex multi-stakeholder environments
  • •Experience working with senior scientific stakeholders in pharmaceutical/biotech settings
  • •Strong product mindset to translate platform capabilities into partner outcomes and internal prioritization
  • •Proven ability to build new initiatives from the ground up and run/scale ongoing programs with exceptionally high ownership and reliability
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (German optional) and strong judgment on prioritization, blockers, and escalation
