•Drive execution of Vanta’s external communications strategy in partnership with internal stakeholders across product, growth marketing, content, analyst relations, and leadership.
•Partner with external PR agency partners to craft and execute comms strategy across global business, tech, and security media (including Substack, podcasts, and influencers).
•Grow thought leadership on AI, security, trust in an agentic world, and the future of automation; identify new channels to increase brand awareness.
•Integrate Trust Signals first-party data storytelling into executive thought leadership, external messaging, and earned media coverage.
•Lead internal communications moments (e.g., monthly All Hands and internal newsletter) and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership on operational efficiency initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 242,000 - 285,000 annually

•Ability to craft compelling corporate narratives and build relationships with key industry influencers.
•Curiosity and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
