Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive execution of Vanta’s external communications strategy in partnership with internal stakeholders across product, growth marketing, content, analyst relations, and leadership.
  • •Partner with external PR agency partners to craft and execute comms strategy across global business, tech, and security media (including Substack, podcasts, and influencers).
  • •Grow thought leadership on AI, security, trust in an agentic world, and the future of automation; identify new channels to increase brand awareness.
  • •Integrate Trust Signals first-party data storytelling into executive thought leadership, external messaging, and earned media coverage.
  • •Lead internal communications moments (e.g., monthly All Hands and internal newsletter) and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership on operational efficiency initiatives.
