Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate legal document execution and signing processes in accordance with internal policies and approval requirements
•Facilitate end-to-end administrative processes for vendor onboarding and registration
•Prepare and issue standard legal agreements using approved templates and playbooks
•Track document status, maintain filing systems, and ensure proper record management
•Coordinate trademark registration and renewal administrative processes with Marketing and relevant stakeholders

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any field required; degree or certification in Secretarial Studies, Languages, Business Administration, Management, or related fields is an advantage
•Minimum 5 years of working experience in administrative, coordination, secretarial, executive support, legal assistant, or related support functions
•Experience supporting corporate functions or handling documentation and coordination work in a dynamic organization is preferred
•Prior exposure to legal coordination, contract administration, or stakeholder management would be advantageous
•Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
