Key Responsibilities

  • •Support customer and market discovery by translating qualitative and quantitative feedback into problem statements, user insights, and personas.
  • •Conduct competitive and industry research to identify market trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities for product improvement.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, design, marketing) to clarify product requirements and support product development efforts.
  • •Assist in evaluating product features and trade-offs, ensuring projects stay aligned with customer needs and product objectives.
  • •Contribute to product launch preparation and analyze post-launch data and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field.
  • •Interest in how software products are developed, delivered, and adopted by customers.
  • •Ability to communicate technical and business concepts clearly to a variety of audiences.
  • •Experience applying analytical thinking, research methods, problem solving, or software development skills through coursework, projects, internships, or other experiences.
  • •Strong collaboration and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
