Job Summary

Manage and support clients’ insurance and risk transfer programs for the Construction & Infrastructure practice. Analyze coverage and costs, prepare insurance market submissions, coordinate with carriers, and compare program options to develop client recommendations. Review contracts, policies, claims, audits, and related documentation for accuracy, and deliver excellent client service. Handle invoicing and administrative tasks while supporting team special projects and day-to-day operational needs.

•Analyze coverage and costs and prepare insurance market submissions.
•Coordinate with carriers and compare program options to develop client recommendations.
•Review contracts, policies, claims, audits, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and client service quality.
•Handle invoicing and other administrative responsibilities while supporting special projects and day-to-day operational needs.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in a predominately casualty broking or underwriting environment.
•Property and Casualty Insurance license (required within six months of employment if not already held).
•Advanced Excel skills to summarize and analyze data, including importing/exporting from various sources.
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for reviewing work, peer review, and accuracy of documentation.
•Excellent social skills and presentation ability to harmonize with high-level clients, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
