Job Summary

Oversee and manage the civil, structural, and architectural scope of data center construction projects from design/procurement through execution. Lead CSA document reviews, design reviews, risk assessments, and coordination with engineers, architects, contractors, vendors, and the client. Drive quality control and commissioning, manage risk and incident reporting, issue RFIs/submittals/transmittals, and ensure on-site compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee CSA design document reviews and participate in design reviews and risk assessments.
•Manage contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for CSA packages, and coordinate client meetings and stakeholder updates.
•Establish and maintain the project risk register, monitor risk mitigation plans, and escalate actions impacting the critical path.
•Develop and implement quality control procedures, monitor commissioning and defect resolution, and verify GC compliance with specifications and design.
•Coordinate RFIs/submittals/transmittals and support change management; monitor site works and ensure on-site health and safety compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
•Extensive experience in CSA roles, especially in data centers or industrial/pharmaceutical environments.
•Strong project management and leadership skills.
•In-depth knowledge of CSA design principles and construction methodologies.
•Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
