Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee CSA design document reviews and participate in design reviews and risk assessments.
  • •Manage contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for CSA packages, and coordinate client meetings and stakeholder updates.
  • •Establish and maintain the project risk register, monitor risk mitigation plans, and escalate actions impacting the critical path.
  • •Develop and implement quality control procedures, monitor commissioning and defect resolution, and verify GC compliance with specifications and design.
  • •Coordinate RFIs/submittals/transmittals and support change management; monitor site works and ensure on-site health and safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
  • •Extensive experience in CSA roles, especially in data centers or industrial/pharmaceutical environments.
  • •Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • •In-depth knowledge of CSA design principles and construction methodologies.
  • •Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
