Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of operational and visual processes to maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
  • •Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising, including product recovery, restock, destock, and timely visual changes.
  • •Plan visual floor changes using payroll management and reporting to identify business opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
  • •Partner with General/Store Manager on budgets, reporting, and planning workflows (e.g., quarterly business review and sales planning).
  • •Lead the visual team through accountability, continuous coaching, recruitment/succession planning, and KPI-focused execution on the sales floor.

Key Requirements
