Key Responsibilities

  • •Wash and physically clean vehicles going through the reconditioning process.
  • •Vacuum, prep, and detail vehicles to meet Carvana standards.
  • •Apply lean manufacturing principles and follow standardized work using the 5S model.
  • •Maintain interior cleaning quality across seats, carpets, mats, stains, trunks, dashboards, and related interior components.
  • •Spray down the exterior (including engines, wheels, wheel wells, and rims) using provided hoses and equipment; perform additional interior repair work as needed.
