Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key day-to-day client interface and deliver cost management services across a data center portfolio.
  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders across the construction lifecycle, including producing and presenting final cost plans.
  • •Review and collaborate with design teams and general contractors on cost estimates; reconcile changes and validate contractor data accuracy.
  • •Consolidate cost data from suppliers, subcontractors, and design teams; prepare written reports and executive summaries on contractor submissions.
  • •Oversee cost control, contingency management, commitment tracking, value engineering sessions, and monthly cost reporting, including closeout and final account negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •6-7 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management within large-scale construction.
  • •Experience supporting mission-critical or data center projects is strongly preferred.
  • •Proven experience managing costs across complex, multi-phase construction programs with strong knowledge of cost control, change management, and contract administration.
  • •Excellent communication and client-facing skills, including ability to lead meetings and influence stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.
