Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and deliver a portfolio of small to mid-sized initiatives within the DES PMO portfolio.
  • •Own project execution including scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
  • •Apply PMO delivery practices, governance, and reporting to ensure predictable and compliant execution.
  • •Apply data- and AI-driven insights to project planning, tracking, and reporting to improve predictability and risk visibility.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors and track/report progress, milestones, financials, and key metrics; support change management and adoption readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor's Degree.
  • •Foundational understanding of project or portfolio management concepts.
  • •Ability to organize information, track details, and meet deadlines.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working with data, metrics, and reporting tools.
