Lead and develop the Connect UX team to design safe, seamless, and meaningful experiences across PlayStation App and Social Experiences. •Set clear priorities across multiple product areas, balancing near-term delivery with long-term experience strategy.
•Communicate team priorities, progress, and decisions clearly across design, product, engineering, and leadership.
•Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align on goals, solve complex problems, and deliver high-quality player experiences.
•Coach and support designers through regular feedback, career development, and performance management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 203,400 - 305,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Interaction or Product Design, Human Factors, or equivalent experience.
•5+ years of product or UX design experience, including platform or systems-level work.
•1-3 years experience as a design leader in a large product design organization.
•A portfolio that showcases thoughtful, simple, deliberate & intuitive design, with extraordinary interaction, motion, and visuals.
•Experience shipping complex, multi-surface experiences (console, mobile, web, or connected devices).
