Job Summary

Lead supply chain modernization by defining and evangelizing long-term product and technology vision across multiple programs and global markets. Key Responsibilities

•Define and evangelize long-term product and technology vision for supply chain modernization, aligned to enterprise strategy and market dynamics.
•Shape roadmaps and translate ambiguous business challenges into product strategies that drive revenue growth, differentiation, and operational efficiencies.
•Advise senior and executive leadership on technology direction, capital allocation, and organizational design; evaluate industry trends and disruptive technologies.
•Own product backlog and release planning; collaborate with engineering and data science on architecture, development velocity, and product quality.
•Enable transformational change through cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, ADKAR/negotiation frameworks, and data-driven success metrics.

Key Requirements

•13+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or related strategic roles, including supply chain, digital platforms, or enterprise-scale systems; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
•Extensive B2B and/or digital product management experience at portfolio or enterprise level within supply chain, marketplace, or large-scale digital commerce environments.
•Proven track record leading large, distributed organizations through complex transformational change at the executive level.
•Advanced understanding of MLOps, AI/ML, data science platforms, cloud-native architectures, SAFe/LeSS, and quality methodologies (design thinking, Six Sigma, lean product development).
•Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into executive narratives that drive alignment, investment, and action.
