Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver software to improve functionality, reliability, availability, and manageability of cloud infrastructure services.
  • •Automate development processes via CI/CD pipelines and apply Infrastructure as Code practices for on-prem Bare Metal and OpenStack environments.
  • •Define and measure SLOs for infrastructure, and create monitoring and logging features.
  • •Ensure quality, performance, robustness, and scalability of services, using enterprise private cloud and virtualization expertise.
  • •Evaluate new technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and add business value.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in virtualization and cloud infrastructure.
  • •Strong enterprise private cloud operational experience in RHEL/KVM environments, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • •Experience with the software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, packaging, deployment, upgrades, and support).
  • •Proficiency in Python development and configuration management using Ansible.
  • •OpenStack operations experience, including the ability to write patches in Python and contribute to the community.
