Key Responsibilities

  • •Support senior leaders and consultants by fulfilling workforce analytics requests, consulting engagements, and business priorities.
  • •Own select stakeholder relationships and act as a day-to-day consulting partner for defined People and business client groups.
  • •Build and improve dashboards, reporting tools, analytics products, workflow automations, and AI-enabled prototypes using tools such as Power BI/Automate/Apps and AI-assisted technologies.
  • •Enablement and adoption: drive rollout of People Analytics products via playbooks, documentation, training, and enablement sessions while coaching partners on responsible AI use and scalable ways of working.
  • •Partner with Data Governance, Privacy, Risk, and People COE teams to strengthen data quality, stewardship, metadata, definitions, documentation, and reporting practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
  • •6+ years of experience in analytics, workforce intelligence, workforce planning, human capital or management consulting, business strategy, product, engineering, data, technology, automation, governance, privacy, risk, or related disciplines.
  • •Applied experience with low-code/process improvement and AI-assisted development tools such as Power Automate/workflow automation, Claude Code, or Microsoft Copilot.
  • •Strong consulting and communication skills, including executive presentation and stakeholder management for senior leaders.
  • •Strong aptitude for workforce analytics tools (dashboards, data products, automation, AI-enabled analytics) and familiarity with Power BI and self-service analytics concepts.
