Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain maintenance authorisations for operations personnel.
  • •Identify, arrange, and coordinate external training providers when required.
  • •Deliver required courses with support from the T&A team.
  • •Provide shop-floor level on-the-job training for maintenance activities.
  • •Collaborate with Training, Quality, and Apprentice teams and manage ad-hoc MRO projects as directed by senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent written and spoken English.
  • •Experience in delivering aircraft maintenance training.
  • •Ability to proactively manage your own workload.
  • •Excellent communication skills to engage with personnel at all levels.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
