Key Responsibilities

•Ensure customer retention by implementing AF standards and processes, targeting Net Promoter Score above 70.
•Execute customer service and AF values consistently, targeting Customer Service Value above 4.6.
•Maintain quality targets, including First Response Fix Time above 90%.
•Increase profitability through sales and upselling incremental packages, products, and services.
•Implement 5S, follow business SOPs, ensure health and safety compliance, and continuously upgrade skills.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile).
•3-6 years of experience as a Body & Paint Service Advisor in a reputed workshop.
•Proficient knowledge of body parts and general mechanical components for body and paint repair.
•Ability to implement and maintain organizational systems like 5S.
•Familiarity with health and safety compliance protocols in an automotive service environment.
