  • •Motivate, manage, and inspire a team of software engineers to deliver innovative products while also participating in hands-on development.
  • •Lead engineering craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of applications within the Software Studio.
  • •Participate in talent and succession planning, encourage innovation, and elevate inclusion through team practices.
  • •Stay on top of technology trends, experiment with and learn new technology, and participate in internal and external technology communities.
  • •Support relationships with business and/or product stakeholders and external partners to advance strategy and roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of experience leading a team within an agile environment.

  • •Knowledge of software engineering best practices including security, automated testing, CI/CD, high-availability, and system resiliency.
