Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
  • •Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
  • •Drive sales by cross-selling, upselling, and making tailored recommendations to meet KPIs.
  • •Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • •Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing/replenishment, visual merchandising, and processing purchases, returns, and exchanges.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
  • •Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
  • •Ability to read price/release sheets and use walkie-talkies.
  • •Strong English proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Comfort with clienteling and data acquisition; social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos are preferred.
