Job Summary

Lead the embedded systems test and integration line at Brest, overseeing industrial performance, coordinating test activities, and ensuring timely support and training planning for the team. You will run tests on production/repair/exploitation products, apply test instructions, and drive continuous improvement of test methods in a defense/aerospace context.

Key Responsibilities

•Animate the Industrial performance of the team using indicators and sharing routines (70% planning) and provide first-level support to team members.
•Contribute to the development of the team’s training plan and ensure its execution.
•Conduct tests or analyses on products in production, repair, or operation following test procedures and using measuring instruments.
•Apply test instructions from technical documents and participate in critical equipment analyses.
•Implement test programs for production and/or repair and contribute to continuous improvements of test methods and processes.

Key Requirements

•Degree: Bac+2/Bac+3 in electronics with hands-on experience.
•Experience with electronic boards (Test, repair, expertise) and hyperfrequency/radiofrequency.
•Proficient in using measurement instruments and test benches.
•Proven ability to work in a team with strong communication and esprit d’équipe.
•Ability to contribute to training planning and to apply/test procedures in production environments.
