Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and deliver Project Finance training programs, curricula, and learning materials supporting processes, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Facilitate classroom, virtual, and workshop-based training sessions and coordinate training, readiness, and documentation activities for finance transformations and ERP implementations.
  • •Partner with Project Finance Operations, IT, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and business stakeholders to identify needs, assess impacts, and support adoption of new systems and processes.
  • •Support acquisition onboarding by aligning processes, driving system readiness and training delivery, facilitating knowledge transfer, and assisting with data conversion into WSP Project Finance.
  • •Maintain Project Finance documentation and knowledge resources (e.g., SOPs, process maps, QRGs, job aids, SharePoint training repositories) and provide change readiness and post-go-live stakeholder communications while applying project accounting expertise to resolve user challenges and improve operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a closely-related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •5 to 7 years of relevant post-education experience in accounting, project contracts, and change management documents.
  • •Proficient knowledge of project accounting principles and their application to project-related issues.
  • •Ability to perform technical accounting calculations and compare outcomes to regulations and contract stipulations.
  • •Advanced ability in technical writing and tools such as MS Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP), plus strong communication skills for both accounting and non-accounting audiences.
