Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead site EHS activities across Environmental, Health & Safety, Ergonomics, Industrial Hygiene, and Emergency Response.
  • •Coach leadership and manage EHS training; lead key risk assessments (HIRA, JHA/JSA, Safe Work Permitting).
  • •Lead incident/accident investigation processes for near misses and injuries, including root cause analysis and management of EHS programs.
  • •Oversee use of EHS systems (Sphera, HSI SDS Program, Gensuite) and support engineering for Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management Program (RMP) compliance.
  • •Manage environmental compliance (Air Permits, Stormwater, Waste), maintain ISO 14000, submit TRI and Tier II reports, and integrate corporate/regional EHS programs into daily operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental health science, or a similar field.
  • •5-10 years of professional experience in occupational safety, environmental, or related roles.
  • •Knowledge of EPA and OSHA requirements, including EPA RMP and related regulations and reporting.
  • •Experience fostering a world-class safety culture (e.g., Bradley Curve).
  • •Strong verbal, written, analytical, and influence skills to interact effectively with all employee and management levels.
