Key Responsibilities

•Develop technical solutions for high-performance actuation systems and motion control challenges (array deployment, stabilization, azimuth rotation)
•Work autonomously with limited oversight and manage small projects within program work
•Provide design, test design/execution, and support to systems/software engineering functions across product lifecycle
•Apply systems engineering principles to complex actuation problems and coordinate across electrical, mechanical, control systems, software, and manufacturing teams
•Drive and support execution of product development projects with IPT and Team/Technical Lead guidance

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years
•Experience with electromagnetic or electrohydraulic control actuation systems
•Prior experience as engineering Team Lead (hardware, electrical or integration)
•Experience with actuation systems or motion controls (5+ years)
•Existing US DoD security clearance
