R&D Mechanical Design Engineer

Design mechanical engineering solutions and lead project work with mechanical hardware engineers and internal or outsourced development partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective product designs. Own delivery of product designs and assemblies to production, develop and implement test plans and validation parameters (tolerances, vibration, EMI, safety, reliability), and manage supplier relationships. Provide guidance to less experienced staff and drive process efficiencies through quality documentation and project management.
